- Check in time is 3:00 PM (June 4:00pm)
- Check out time is before 10:00 AM
- Add 10.5% Tax to total
- Deposit refundable only if cancellation occurs 3 weeks before arrival.
- No refund for June reservations.
- Confirmation not given unless deposit received
- Reservations will be held up until 9:00PM on day of arrival. (Call if arriving late)
- NO PETS - No subletting - Rates subject to change without prior notice.
- Security deposit may be required.
- Cancellations are subject to one day's rent.
